Automation tester - StartUp

Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for our mobile and web applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with clear and concise documentation. Participate in the development and maintenance of our test automation framework. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our products. Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Work closely with our team in Prague, being present in the office 4 times a week to facilitate collaboration.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, preferably in mobile and web applications. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or similar. A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring product quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. You are easy-going, with good energy, making collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Nice to have: Experience in the gaming industry or with educational technology. A track record of successfully implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks. A passion for improving education through innovative technology solutions.
