Náplň práce

We are looking Analyst Testers to join the IT teams in Brno and Prague. In this role, you will take ownership of analysis and testing from initial design to production implementation, helping to create cutting-edge, personalized investment solutions. Join a leading global technology solutions provider for top-tier financial services and wealth management firms. The platform combines technology, infrastructure, and investment operations to create digital, highly personalized, and innovative investment solutions for every end-investor.
Analysis: Develop deep knowledge of platform functionality and related business processes. Analyze regulatory impacts on our platforms. Advise customers on platform functionality. Collaborate closely with customers and Solution Consultants to design and test solutions. Document user stories and functional requirements. Produce system artifacts and ensure adherence to compliance requirements. Review build artifacts and manage defects and root cause analysis. Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards through thorough testing. Collaboration / Communication: Provide timely updates to Delivery Managers. Work with internal and external delivery teams. Address delivery issues and promote process improvements. Share knowledge and best practices with other Analyst Testers. Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication. Test Execution and Defect Management: Conduct structured and ad-hoc system, integration, and regression testing. Write test cases and procedures, and document test execution results. Manage defects using internal tracking systems. Assist with user acceptance testing as needed.

Požadujeme

Experience in an analysis or testing role, ideally within financial services. Knowledge of investment/wealth products and regulatory environments. 2+ years in technology delivery. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, SQL, and defect management tools (Jira). Experience with collaboration tools (Confluence, Teams) and testing tools for web services, automation, performance, and security.
