manage and oversee vendor contracts and orders to ensure uninterrupted delivery of goods/services create and modify service requests in the company's SAP system adhere to controls research and analyze existing contracts monitor and manage contract expiration daily communication with vendor representatives to address issues related to the placement and modification of purchase orders and payment of invoices for work performed against these orders provide support to the accounting department as needed collaborate closely with the procurement department on contract renewal, awarding contracts, resolving contract disputes, and monitoring actions

English at a communicative level experience with Microsoft Excel and using SAP experience in working with vendors in developing countries understanding of the local business environment and the role of government and regulatory authorities good planning and communication skills ability to work independently
