EHS Project Manager - 100% remote from CZ - Contact

We currently support a global Silicon Valley company that is interested in bringing on a Project Manager in EMEA region. Expected assignment start date: ASAP 100% remote Assignment length: 1 year with option to extend Languages required – fluency in English (C1) Working hours/days – Normal business hours, local time zone. As a contractor, you'll support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain an EHS technology solution for our client. Execute project plans for a 3rd party SaaS solution implementation. Achieve project objectives, work with stakeholders, complete deliverables, and mitigate risks. Organize and maintain system documentation, including configuration rules and architecture. Manage and prioritize system issues, resolve problems, monitor trends, and liaise with the SaaS provider. Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and new user access. Train user groups and create bespoke training materials as needed. Handle access control and operationalize privacy controls. Support data analytics and reporting needs through dashboards and reports. Maintain data analytics and global health data dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications: Experience with enterprise-grade SaaS implementation and administration. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure. Capability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently. Self-motivated, independent worker. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with EHS technology solutions or management systems. Experience with various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum). Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority. Experience in the EHS field. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Data Studio, Pivot Table, Google Workspace, PLX).
