manage logistics related to customer order processing coordinate with sales staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff, and shipping/receiving teams answer customer inquiries and investigate complaints regarding services and policies input, update, and consolidate ETA/shipping data and send to appropriate business units analyze customer load information to determine and verify appropriate routes, rates, and schedules coordinate shipment schedules with vendors receive direction and support for task execution

English at a communicative level Good communication skills Ability to solve different problems collaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces
