Subcontract Java EE & Angular Developer – EU Commission - Relocation in Belgium

This project aims to subcontract IT professionals in hybrid mode (near-site or on-site) to provide services to various Directorate-Generals (DGs) of the European Commission and other European agencies. The project covers a wide range of IT services, including development and support, testing and quality assurance, operations, data-related services, security, interoperability, e-Government services, and digital business solutions.
Develop both front-end and back-end website architecture Design user interactions on web pages Develop back-end website applications Develop cloud-native applications Develop automated tests and manage test data Create servers and databases Implement IT security and data protection Design responsive applications Design and develop APIs Write clean, functional code for both front- and back-end Troubleshoot and improve data, processes, and codes Write release notes, technical specifications, and other documentation Perform one-off data migrations

Technical Requirements: At least 4 years of experience with HTML, CSS At least 4 years of experience with Angular 2+ At least 4 years of experience with JavaEE At least 3 years of experience with Spring, JPA, or Hibernate At least 3 years of experience with SQL At least 1 year of experience with REST Other Requirements: EU Citizen Willingness to relocate to Brussels, Belgium Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree Preferably self-employed (OSVČ) Availability: by agreement
