Lead and direct the general service administration. Oversee customer lifecycle management. Manage the request lifecycle from reception to resolution. Support the management of customer master data. Stay informed about company strategy and market environment to evaluate processes and understand stakeholder needs. Provide status reports to the Leadership team. Review and enhance customer communication processes, channels, and response times. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor operations and troubleshoot issues as needed. Develop customer focus strategies based on feedback. Evaluate progress and communicate goals to team members, potentially in different regions.
